The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is a civil rights law that protects individuals with disabilities. This law provides equal access for individuals with disabilities in employment, public accommodations, transportation, state and local government services and telecommunications.

The City of West Lafayette strives to provide ADA compliant and safe facilities, trails, parks, sidewalks, and curb ramps by optimizing accessibility for our residents. Title VI

The City of West Lafayette proactively strives to meet and exceed the minimum compliance requirements established under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VI), 49 CFR § 26, and the related anti-discrimination statutes and regulations by providing continued transparency, clarity, and technical guidance for internal and external constituents regarding its Title VI program.
