Who we are:

What we do:

The West Lafayette Human Relations Commission investigates complaints of discrimination in the City of West Lafayette.

The West Lafayette Human Relations Commission protects the rights of those who are discriminated against because of race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, national origin, sex, disability, age, familial status, status concerning public assistance, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, and veteran status.

The alleged discrimination must take place within the City limits of West Lafayette. The Human Relations Commission aims to provide equal opportunity in employment, public accommodations, housing, and education.

The Human Relations Online Inquiry Form is an easy way for a citizen to get in touch with a committee member to begin filing a complaint.

If you have any questions about filing a complaint of discrimination in West Lafayette, please call the Human Resources Department at 765-775-5101.
