All City of West Lafayette residents, defined as those who pay property taxes to the City of West Lafayette, and active military, will be exempt from the joiner's fee. The joiner's fee is a one-time fee. There is no reimbursement for a joiner's fee if you move into the City limits. If you are unsure of your address, you can check your address with Beacon. 

One-year memberships can be paid by check, cash, or credit card. A credit card must be on file for month-to-month memberships. As a general rule, billing is set up to be processed automatically on the 1st of each month, however, the actual processing may differ a few days before or after the 1st depending upon your credit card's communication with CivicRec. Automatic payments may also vary with weekend and holiday draft dates.
