The purpose of this page is to provide insight into what West Lafayette is doing to address the Stormwater needs of our community in addition to complying with the applicable State and Federal regulations.

On February 4, 2013, the City Council approved the Stormwater Service Charge for residential and non-residential properties within the legal limits of the City. Beginning on January 1, 2014, the City will begin billing property owners for Stormwater Service Charges. The monthly fee for residential property will be $8.00. Monthly service charges for non-residential properties will be $8.00 per each 3,200 square feet of impervious area located on the property.
