The Wabash Landing Parking Garage is owned by the City of West Lafayette and operated by Cube Property Management. The garage offers 600 parking spaces in a covered, well-lit facility that is centrally located for easy access to West Lafayette, Lafayette, and Purdue University. The garage has regular monitoring and patrols to ensure a safe environment.

FAQ:

Question: Do monthly card holders have an assigned parking spot?
Answer: No, the garage has a limited number of spaces that are reserved for apartment residents, they are marked with a red plaque. Everyone else can park where they would like to.

Question: As a monthly card holder, do I have to move my car on nights and weekends?
Answer: No! As long as you have paid your parking invoice, your car can stay in the same spot.  

Question: Can my parking tickets be validated
Answer: Yes! Most businesses in the Wabash Landing offer validation

Question: How can I pay for hourly parking?
Answer:  At the exit, you will insert your paper ticket and the price will be calculated. You can pay with cash or card. American Express is not accepted.

Question: Can I pay for more than one month of parking at a time?
Answer: Yes! Many students pay for a semester or the entire school year all at once.

Question: Do I pay when I park, or do I pay when I leave my space?
Answer: Hourly parkers will pull a paper ticket at the entrance of the garage; you will pay at the exit gate for the amount of time you have parked.

Question: Do Handicapped tagged vehicles have to pay to park?
Answer: When using an accessible space inside the garage, you will have to pay for your parking, when you use the accessible parking to the right of the entrance, this is free.
