Crash reports may be obtained during regular business hours at the Records Division window and there is a $5.00 fee required.

A prepaid check or money order must accompany U.s. mail requests and a return stamped and addressed envelope (we are unable to fax copies of crash reports). To obtain a report, please include the time, date, location, and parties involved, or you may download your crash report from BUYCRASH.COM for a fee of $12.00.
