Special Event Information

• Special Event Application Packet - This document provides information and application materials for organizing special events. The requests for hosting events must be submitted in writing by the individual or organization at least 6 weeks prior to the event date. Our staff is always available to assist you with any queries or concerns, but they cannot submit the requests. If the request is submitted after the 6-week window, it will be included in the next Park Board meeting.
