How do I buy my membership online?
Our point of sale software is CivicRec. This is where you can purchase memberships, swim lessons, etc. This is also where you can update your account and change your credit card information. Some memberships may require in person sign up, but you can still save time by setting up your account at home before you register.

Do you accept SilverSneakers, Silver & Fit, AARP?
We currently accept Renew Active, Silver and Fit, and Active and Fit. We are not accepting any other third-party membership partners at this point in time. However, we have reached out and are in communication with all such parties. We will update our memberships and websites if any changes take place. 

Are there any scholarships, discounts, or corporate membership?
Scholarship opportunities are available.  For more information please visit our Scholarship page.  City of West Lafayette employees, Indiana school employees, and first responders are all entitled to discounted memberships. We are also open to working with HR departments to set up discounts and other programs for employers in the area. Contact wellness@westlafayette.in.gov for more information about discounted memberships.

How old do kids need to be to come to the facility without an adult?
All members need to be 14 years of age or older to come to the facility without an adult. Any guests ages 14-17 need to have a parent sign a waiver each calendar year. All children ages 6 weeks to age 13 need an adult age 18 or older to be with them at the facility at all times.
